Chinwe Obi is a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor with more than six years of experience in the design and deployment of program/project monitoring and evaluation initiatives, Data Quality Assurance strategies, Public Health database systems, Data analysis and presentations, as well as Knowledge/skills transfer. She is highly proficient in data management of Public Health programs and implementation of best practices in HIV/AIDS, TB, Family Planning/Reproductive Health and Malaria programs in Nigeria. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor with John Snow Incorporated, a public health consulting firm, managing the USAID | DELIVER PROJECT and Supply Chain Management System, Chinwe Obi has provided technical support in managing the USAID| DELIVER PROJECT Task Order 4 routine service delivery data, collected from over 1000 health facilities across supported states in Nigeria. She has immensely provided Monitoring and Evaluation guidance and on-the-job training to health facilities’ service providers in the supported states. She has also ensured timely and accurate submission of all required reporting documents and has constantly maintained quality control during all aspects of data management, including data collection, collation, verification, cleaning and analysis using MS Access database, complex excel spreadsheets, STATA and SPSS. Chinwe Obi has maintained the databases for Family Planning/Reproductive Health, TB, Malaria and all trainings conducted by the integrated project. She has also updated the USAID DHIS, DATIM, PRS and TRAINET data requirements for proper accountability and results’ tracking. Chinwe Obi has an upper division Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, during which she majored in Community Development and took courses in Public Health, Natural Sciences, Sociology, and Public Administration among others.
