I began the journalism practice in 2006 as an intern at Kenya News Agency, later moved to Kenya Broadcasting Corporation in May 2007.
Currently, am a producer, presenter and reporter at the Kiembu Sub-Service. I produce youth, child rights, and business programmes. I translate and achor news, and host live breakfast shows that are very interactive.I also produce programmes on Gender and youth with KBC-English Service.E.G FADING LEGACY- A program focussing on the plight of the boy Child in Kenya and Africa.
Apart from radio I have a passion for writing on Environment, governance and human interest issues. My Interest is to come up with youth programes adressing conflict resolutions in our community.The interest in journalism started building up when I was a child, where I used to listen and admired veteran journalists like Mambo Mbotela, Edward Kadilo and Emmanuel Juma, a TV reporter.
