Here, I am introducing myself to you that I have started my career as Peer Educator at the age of 14 with an organization called “AIDS AWARENESS SOCIETY” and then become part of number of Peer Education and Advocacy Programs related to HIV/AIDS, SRHR, GENDER and THEATER. Considering my volunteer and professional experience in past 10 years related to the PEER Education, HIV/AIDS, Sexual Health and Reproductive Rights, Active Citizenship, and Theater for Development. Later I managed a 4 years project on HIV/AIDS Education Program supported by MTV-SAF. In this program I have directly worked with marginalized and the most at risk young people i.e. Transgender, men having sex with men, Gays, Injecting Drug Users and Sex Workers etc. trained them on Peer Education, Theater and formulated “Peer Interaction Clubs” I managed to bring a positive change in the lives of 10,000 young people over the period of 4 years through peer education and theater.
