Before establishing a strategic human resources consulting practice in 1996, accumulated over 16 years experience in human resources management following several years of practicing general business law. These experiences encompasses a broad range of human resources activities and functions, from technical areas, such as human resource information systems, compensation and employment law, to a current focus on the strategic role of human resources in developing organization capabilities. Adept at working with diverse groups of people, building and facilitating teams, and coaching executives and managers. Currently on sabbatical from consulting practice working in international development as a small business advisor volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps until August 2009.
