MISSION

CHEAD’S mission is to mitigate social injustice, hunger, poverty, preventable infectious diseases, protect child welfare, gender equity, improve education and massive involvement in agricultural technology for green food security, soil fertility-water retention, ecosystem   among suffering people, regardless of nationality, race, or religion.

We provide humanitarian helps and educational supports in the areas of: emergency relief services, skilled volunteers, health-care professionals, and collaborate with national and overseas Medical veteran team for humanitarian medical partnership Outreaches in underdeveloped communities, establish community ICT educational center, IT Laboratory, tree planting, improve agricultural technology for food security, and foster social and spiritual comforts to better vulnerable lives. This organization operates independently of all governmental, institutional, or political influences to improve vulnerable lives and protects the environment.

It has a mandate to respond to development needs of vulnerable society and to transform lives through pursuance of social justice.

The organization was founded around 18th April 2001, and got registered, the year 2012 in the state of Ghana. The organization has impacted lives of many people throughout the years in several multi-cultural communities, and beyond Africa through our diversity programs and services.

DIPLOMACY DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY PROGRAMS:        

CHEAD INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR FOR DEVELOPMENT (CICAD):

 This is an Inbound and Outbound program. Its aim is to unlock endless opportunities for people with determination and passion to explore their potentials to cause positive change in vulnerable lives within our communities.

 

This is a practical international great exciting community living program for development work, research and career empowerment missions. Participants become international solidarity ambassadors living in vulnerable communities with eagle eye for diplomatic development mission mandate. Solidarity insignia are tuck to volunteers as they travel to live in a target community to do on-the job training, field research findings or mount up and initiate their discovered project initiatives to live a legacy in a community and establish a long lasting friendship for their country and the recipient institution in a community in another State where they served.

 

CHEAD is dedicated to achieve this goal through these principal program focus areas:

This is because CHEAD believes that a passion without the ideal knowledge and sustainable focus bring despair and waste of useful National potential development assets in a needless restriction, despondency and economic turmoil which are bare precursors of crimes, armed violence, corporate corruption, and human right abuses.

  Ghana as a striving development Nation is plagued deficiently by an immense life sustainability threats as the country Ghana helplessly produces daily young men and women as unemployed graduates alongside millions of rural and semi-rural community none graduates who are burdened with acute poverty, hunger, youth joblessness, illiteracy, ignorance without any self-improving skills,  increasing social crimes and single parenthoods among majority of our country energetic young citizens especially young girls become mothers, and others directing all their survival youthful exuberance strengths into various crimes, traditional conflicts, illicit drug trading, street risk prostitutions-pervasive sexual trades , and political violence instead of being occupied in skills and knowledge acquisition to gain self-enterprising ICT training to explore the immeasurable opportunities in computer related professions.

 

OUR MITIGATION COMMITMENT TO THIS WORSE BACKGROUND:

Upon these limitless woes devastating our fragile vulnerable society in Ghana and her present generation that calls on us for rescue. This is unavoidable duty to rise to action with focused passion that will result in a Change for Ghana. Practically, this agency is pioneering a special job creation for diverse target groups of people through ICT and computer based education on Short term training for useful skills to provide our trainees a long-term self-sustainability skills in avoidance of absolute dependence on mirages of promises until diseases and deadly crimes make this vulnerable populace waste their unearthed potentials. 

We are ready with career restorative sustainable interventions to help the Nation Ghana combat this national crisis which has hacked our socio-economic growth.
