I have more than 15 years of experience in writing stories that entertain while educating audiences on important social topics.
I am originally from Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) in West Africa and currently reside in the Boston area. I've been contracted by numerous international organizations including Pathfinder International, Population Services International, the Academy for Educational Development, and UNFPA, to write scripts that convey messages to improve the lives of African people. The topics addressed have ranged from HIV/AIDS, hygiene and malaria to guinea worm.
Though written in French, many of my scripts have also been translated to English and the films disseminated throughout the west Africa region including: Cote d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Mali, Nigeria, and Ghana. Most recently, I wrote three scripts for a USAID-funded Maternal Child Health project in Burundi, East Africa, to sensitize communities on Malaria, Breastfeeding and Safe Delivery.
I am fluent in French and have strong English writing and speaking ability.
