I have more than 6 years experince particularly in Education coridor. I have been associated with national and internation organization during my professional career. I belongs to Pakistan's most underprevilleged district of Sindh province where people are suffering from basic facilities even in this global village. Education is the thrid eye of human being but unfortunately people of this region are still have no importance to education. The literacy rate of district is about 32.2%, out of that female education rate is apprx. 11.3%. Due to not effective system of Government basic education is severe issue of the region and quality education is far cry fro the people.
The government institution have no basic facilities like safe drinking water, electricity and wash rooms fro schools children, teachers and institutes heads collaboratively ruining the education by remaining absent from their duties, also they use to pay their managment fro their continous absentism. This is why government schools are being boring plces for children.
Therfore, there is dire need to support education system and to make these schools fun places for children instead to boring place. In this regard Right To Play Pakistan chapter is contributing its level best with the support of UNICEF by making girls schools as child frinedly schools, introducing play based activities for children therough their Head coaches (trainer) on regular basis,The major outcome o as children could be mobilize towards schools .Play based activities have learning outcome behind by which children learn cooperation, respect to each other, fair play, hope, peace and tolerance, Also Right To Play is equiping the Government teacher by in play based resource also known as Red Ball Child Play (RBCP) to make this model sustainable.
The major out come of these activities emerged within one year.
- Remarkable Absnetisem of children from school has been reduced
- children active participation in class (Due to RCA activities which is major part of RBCP module)
- improved enrollment in schools
- Teacher and children relation became more strong
- Health & hygine sense (which learns from RBCP activities
Keeping in the view above situation international organizations are requetsd to contribute their level best for these deprived children and communities.
