Kenneth Swann has over 30 years experience in the development and implementation of public information, education and behaviour change communication campaigns in 15 countries in Central, South and Southeast Asia and Africa. This has necessitated working with a wide range of government officials and local and international implementing partners on the design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of national and local–level interventions.
His experience ranges from programme analysis, information needs analysis, investigation into the most effective communication channels and management arrangements, to the strategic delivery of targeted messages.
Mr Swann’s extensive knowledge and experience includes guiding the researching, writing, editing, designing, pre–testing, use and evaluation of education and information media and materials for community awareness building programmes. He has been responsible for developing and producing information media targeted towards specific audience groups including urban and rural populations. His work regularly involves capacity building for government and NGO staff.
