I am a dynamic health administrator and policy analyst with more than ten (10) years experience in the management of public health and poverty alleviation programs.
I have a strong understanding of multicultural environments and have applied my multidisciplinary skills to successfully design, implement, monitor and evaluate primary health care, HIV/AIDS and Blood Safety-PEPFAR programs and projects.
I believe that my field of expertise and my knowledge of a wide range of public health issues will allow me to work effectively in your organization. Hence, I have successfully conducted managerial, technical and consultancy work with Governmental and private institutions, multilateral donors, and Non-Governmental Organizations worldwide.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Hartford (CT), and a Master's degree in Health Services Administration and Policy (MHSA) from the George Washington University. I am a Fulbright scholar (March 1992) and l am fluent in both English and French.
