•Find the way to capture refusals, if the CMs thought that people were reluctant or hiding children, what doubts, fears, and misconceptions did they have if any? What are the barriers to accessing children in the areas where they operate? Were they able to open access and how did they do it? And how to analyze the forms they fill out and that may be very critical field level info we are missing.
•Discuss and set an indicator to monitor community mobilizer’s performance and effectiveness by being closest to the community, acceptable to all sides of the conflict and have negotiation skills.
•Review the existing post SIA communication reporting template make changes in terms of revising indicators, that can be supported designated system reports and data to give enough quality donor reports and reviews.
Supported the WHO Expanded Immunization Programme (EPI) Office in ensuring required data for country polio free certification are updated.
Visited assigned Region(s) and give on the job data management/refresher training to the relevant people at Regional and sub-regional levels.
Advised on the implementation of the Routine Immunization and intergrated disease surveillance and response EpiInfo modules introduced by the WHO African Regional Office (AFRO).
Ensured data quality of the case-based programs as well as its harmonization with the laboratory data for AFP/measles/NNT at the national level.
Provided advanced EpiInfo and relevant training to all data managers and interested officers.
