Fulfilled diverse responsibilities of a community trainer on sexual gender-based violence. Provided support to HIV/AID community and women’s empowerment trainers as well as facilitated training program with sessions on psychological guidance to victims. Carried out training techniques to facilitate sessions on gender-based violence, HIV and empowering women, literacy preparation, checking and assessment, and quality services.

Performed verification of policies, standards, and national directives of the Voluntary Council. Contributed to HIV policy demonstration for the broader health agenda’s by aiding in building and improving policy and advocacy capacity of the Alliance. Sufficiently coordinated with the line management and leadership as well as organized the overall resource mobilization for policy work.
Gender-Based Violence Expert

Optimized the assessment of government and private arrangements with gender-based violence victims, while maintaining multi-sectoral interventions for improved effectiveness. Incorporated several efforts from all relevant sectors to address the root cause of violence and consequences through detailed response. Recognized support and strengthened direct anti-trafficking prevention actions with girls’ education, poverty diminution and economic strengthening programs, health services initiatives, and justice and refugee assistance administration. Boosted coordination and partnership at each level of the organization. Managed and created strong partnership with multiple stakeholders, such as academic and research organizations, advocacy groups, NGOs, faith-based institutions, and the private sector.
