Sixteen years experience in PreSchool and primary education, direct teaching, teachers supervision, program development, monitoring, coordination, reporting, relation building....Working as a free lance intervention expert for students with special needs and formally worked with UNICEF as a project manger of Early Childhood Development for the Syrian Program, a comprehensive situation analysis, National strategy and a draft of action plan was developed. In addition of developing a ToR for communication package for Early Childhood. Development besides integrating ECD in all UNICEF program (Health, education, Child Protection and Humanitarian support) Memorandum of Understanding was developed with Women General Union as a response of emergency to help Iraqi children from age 4-6 by reconstructing and rehabilitating 15 Women General Union Kindergarten and passing KG supplies and training KG teachers and building Iraqi’s mothers capacity. In 2005 I worked as consultant for World Health Organization to develop a report on reproductive health training activities held in Syria in 2005. I learned from WHO’s representative later that the organization used the evaluation template as a sample for the following years.The latest skill to my profile is the certification that was given from UNICEF Head Quarter in New York as a Master Trainer to support the implementation of ECD activities in emergencies and in post-crisis settings by developing the capacity of UNICEF staff and partners in the effective use of the ECD kit, and in the delivery of related interventions.
