I have got Masters’ Degree in Development Planning from the University of Witwatersrand/Johannesburg and BSc (Hons) in Political and Administrative Studies from University of KinshasA/DRCongo. I have had more than five years experiences on programme coordination, policy research as well as analysis and research in multi-sector with focus on local community empowerment, local economic development both in South Africa and in many other African countries (DRCongo, Burundi, Republic of the Congo,…).
I am bilingual, fluently in English, French and some local languages such as Lingala, Swahili, Kinkongo etc. I am familiar with post conflict local development and governance issues in Africa. I have extensive good people, interview, data collection, and research reporting skills; I have strong strategic, operational and programme management, strong team leader with excellent interpersonal, human resource and financial skills and the ability to work in cooperation with governments and civil society, networking, lobbying and knowledge of conflict issues in Africa skills. I am self starter, motivated, problem solving, flexible and independent worker and enjoy to work with disadvantageous and youth communities.
