I have over 10 years combined professional experience in media and international
development. Starting at the BBC World Service as a Radio Producer, I have spent the
last 6 years designing, managing, implementing and assessing multifaceted
development, media and outreach projects in unstable and conflict-affected countries
across Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Until recently, I was based overseas working
in field offices in Nepal, Cambodia, Afghanistan, Yemen, Chad and Niger, managing
local staff and working with Government, media and civil society at the national, provincial and local level.
