♦ Developed press and Information packets, brochures, fact sheets, banners and other outreach materials.

♦ Monitored media and other open sources and provided occasional expert opinion on trends.

♦ Launched and managed the presence of the regional office across various social media channels: Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

♦ Assessed and provided recommendations regarding public diplomacy strategy and outreach efforts and evaluate effectiveness of such.

♦ Designed and delivered training sessions and presentations on outreach strategies to project coordinators, administrators and officers from across the region to strengthen the outreach efforts and collaboration.
